Emile Londonien is part of a new wave of French jazz that takes its cues from the UK scene while keeping its own identity firmly in place. On their second album, Inwards, the trio brings together broken beat, house, jazz, and R&B in a sound that feels equally at home on the dancefloor and in a jazz club.
The album features guest appearances from Laurent Bardainne, Jowee Omicil, and Léon Phal, adding new textures to a sound built around rhythm, movement, and the chemistry of the trio.
