Beats Remedy

Beats Remedy is a band formed with the desire to mirror the present by using a vocabulary from Hip-Hop and Jazz. The fixed formula established over the years, has allowed the development of sound that is dicovered and solidified by improvisation.
Feeling the need to live the live experience of the New York sound, Sergiu Fanica, the group’s initiator ,set up the band with the intention of combining the aesthetics of artists such as A tribe called Quest, Digable Planets and Pete Rock with their own experience from Cluj-Napoca and London. Having a diversified language with roots in electronic music, funk, traditional jazz and avant-garde the group offers live an experience of communion, calm and uplift.
